With all this talk about cycling, getting fit and raising money going on in the studio, I felt a little lazy in comparison to the guys training for the cycle to Paris. However, as anyone who knows me will testify, I’m not really much of an exercise kind of girl. My idea of hell is a sweaty gym or a pumped up exercise class, and I’ve always found it difficult to find a sport that I can stick to.
